The plant has been generating clean energy since 2019, contributing towards the energy demand and economic development of the local area, while helping to drive Australia\u2019s transition to green energy.<\/p>\n<p>Located in the Central Highlands region, and spanning over 387 hectare land with net annual energy production capacity of approximately 277,150 MWh, with an output of 100MWac, capable of meeting the energy demand of up to 45,000 households while also avoiding emissions of 218,900 tons of CO2 annually. The company has developed and built almost 800 MWdc of Australian PV assets built or under construction across 9 projects for a total project investment value of over 1 billion dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Under the terms of the refinancing, Natixis\/EDC\/NordLB provided syndicated facility following green financing principles, with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Natixis acting as the Mandated Lead Arranger (MLA), Underwriter and Bookrunner, Structuring Lender, Hedge Provider, LC Provider and Green Coordinator;<\/li>\n<li>Export Development Canada (EDC) acting as the Mandated Lead Arranger (MLA) and;<\/li>\n<li>NordLB acting as the Mandated Lead Arranger (MLA) and Hedge Provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                <div class=\"sh-quote\">\n                    <div class=\"sh-quote-content\">\n                        We are delighted to see that Lilyvale Solar Farm continues to contribute to FRV Australia\u00b4s commitment to the Australian net zero emission transition. The plant has been generating clean energy since 2019, contributing towards the energy demand and economic development of the local area, while helping to drive Australia\u2019s transition to green energy.<\/p>\n<p>Located in the Central Highlands region, and spanning over 387 hectare land with net annual energy production capacity of approximately 277,150 MWh, with an output of 100MWac, capable of meeting the energy demand of up to 45,000 households while also avoiding emissions of 218,900 tons of CO2 annually.
