Two more students granted with the FRV ‘Young Talented Leaders’ Scholarship start their studies at IE University

IE University celebrated its traditional inauguration ceremony of the academic year, which provides the first contact between students and their families, academic authorities and the university faculty. Two new students granted with the FRV ‘Young Talented Leaders’ joined the event which marked the beggining of their studies and their new life at IE University. Adrián and Arturo were awarded the scholarships related to two of our lastest projects which will allow them to complete the Degree in Communications and Digital Media and the Degree in Politics, Law and Economics respectively. In particular, Adrián Vázquez received the scholarship related to ‘Potosí Solar’ of 342 MW dc in Mexico and Arturo Cuesta, was awarded with the scholarship related to ‘La Solanilla’ of 50 MW dc located in Extremadura, Spain.

During the ceremony, the Rector invited new students to steep themselves in the values of IE University that are also shared by FRV: internationalization and diversity, the entrepreneurial spirit, humanism, sustainability, critical thinking and ethical values, all of which are present in the institution’s programs.
