The Regional Minister for the Ecologic Transition and Sustainability of the Gobernment of Extremadura, visits La Solanilla

Yesterday, Olga García, Regional Minister for the Ecologic Transition and Sustainability of the Government of Extremadura and Samuel Ruíz, the Region’s General Director for Industry, Energy and Mining, visited La Solanilla solar plant in Trujillo.

Daniel Sagi-Vela CEO of FRV, Borja Guinea Benjumea COO West of FRV, Andrea Fontana Managing Director for our Europe operations and the Project Manager Javier Villa Paredes , gave them a small tour through the plant’s installations.

La Solanilla stated operations in 2019 and it will produce enough energy to supply around 35,000 local homes and avoid the emission of approximately 72,000 tones of CO2 per year.
